CANCELLATIONS + AMENDMENTS
Unfortunately I’m unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed unless you contact me by phone or email within 1 hour of purchasing.
- Change of delivery address
- Change of item colour or style
- Adding and/or removing items from the order
- Applying discounts/gift cards

Pre-orders and custom orders are no longer taken sorry. In order to keep the website updated regularly I now only release ready to ship products.
The limited edition versions of my Teacher Carry All bags and Teacher Satchels sell out really fast..sometimes within an hour of listing on the website. Please make sure if you like one to jump in and secure yours. This is made easier for you with the addition of Afterpay to my payment providers.
In most instances limited edition fabrics are just that – limited quantity runs of specialty or exclusively printed fabric not available easily or for a few days in a season.
Delivery dates of pre-ordered limited edition bags are dependent on delivery of fabric due to being a specialty print & make times for all limited edition orders - you will receive a confirmation of order and then a confirmation of shipping email - please check your junk box if you don’t receive within 1 hour of ordering and take note of the approximate delivery time frame noted in the product description when purchasing. Ready to ship limited editions are posted within 3 days of launch and are then dependent on standard Australia Post time frames from Tasmania (Teacher Carry All headquarters J) and your location. Q: Why is the price of the limited edition bags higher?
Pricing of limited edition Teacher Carry All bags is based on the standard Teacher Carry All bag pricing plus the additional cost of the specialty fabrics. Most limited edition bags range between $125 and $170 (with GST added at checkout if you are located in Australia) depending on the fabric. A lot of well-known licensed or designer fabrics can be very expensive for me to purchase not including other bag supplies –most fabrics are between $26-35 per meter.
Q: Can I get your limited edition print fabric made in another product you offer? E.g. Can I get a matching Teacher organiser made to match my limited edition carry all or satchel?
A: Limited edition means I have only a limited quantity of this fabric and have already allocated the fabric roll to certain items. So unless it is already advertised as a product offered then there is unfortunately not enough fabric to make additional products, but that doesn't mean it wont be made in the future if enough people request it.
Standard shipping for orders within Australia have shipping and handling included at a flat rate discounted charge of $5 per order.
Postage for bag orders is usually a $16-22.50 charge by Australia Post and these extra charges are absorbed by me to make my products affordable to most Teachers, and customers. Where possible orders are sent via courier if my courier has an agent in your area for delivery- this option doesn’t affect the discount $5 flat rate charge.
Orders are packed and sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays via subject to courier and Australia Post pickups/deliveries.
Express Post orders (where you have paid the extra add on fee at checkout) are sent out by the following business day if they are a ready to ship item and you have ordered before 12 midday. Express post is offered at the flat discounted rate of $12 Australia wide and must be added to your order at checkout.
The Express Post option can be selected by adding the express post listing to your cart - search express post in the search box on the home page.

International orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking and usually take between 7 and 15 business days to arrive at your location.
Parcels are posted from Launceston Tasmania, so standard shipping can take anywhere between 3-10 days depending on your location within Australia.
Express shipping generally takes between 2-3 days depending on your location within Australia
Standard shipping does not include signature on delivery, so please select a signature on delivery option if you don't have a safe place for the postie to leave your parcel.
My international rate is at the discounted flat rate of $35 for the following countries:
USA, UK, IRELAND, NEW ZEALAND, CANADA
Please contact me if you don't see your country listed at checkout or above. I will need to obtain a quote from Australia Post for you as your location is not included within the flat rate cost areas.

Express Post International orders are sent out by the following business day if they are a ready to ship item and ordered before 12 noon AEST. Express post is offered at the flat discounted rate. Please email me at email@example.com for a discounted international rate.
Once the item has been shipped and the tracking number provided to the customer via my Shopify website email notification (please check your junk box if you have not received before contacting me for a re-send), Teacher Carry All is not liable for lost or delayed shipments. Unfortunately Teacher Carry All is not insured for lost shipments, so if a shipment is lost, by Australia Post or courier the customer will receive compensation from the postal provider, not Teacher Carry All.
Thank goodness, this doesn't happy very often! But I will do everything I can to help you contact the relevant delivery organisation if your parcel is delayed or lost on its way to you.
As a result of all your wonderful support I am proud to say I have a small business now that is able to support myself and my two little girls independently. Unfortunately for you and me (I hate paperwork! hehe) this means as of 1 March 2019 I need to register for GST which means all orders placed on the website will have 10% added to the purchase cost at checkout if you are located within Australia. This 10% is collected and sent to the Australian Taxation Office it is not an additional fee charged by me.
Some countries charge their residents taxes and or duty for purchasing items online from overseas. Teacher Carry All does not collect international taxes on behalf of customers, so the customer is responsible for all taxes or charges to import items into their country. Some information can be found below. If you country is not listed please check with your local post office.

The $140 covers all costs of the person you’re gifting to purchasing a standard carry all bag or satchel including delivery with tracking and gorgeous complimentary handmade earrings sent to the recipient in the post when they order their item(s). (Express Post and international post is additional).
When I have a sale it tends to be a bit bonkers –in a good way :) and being a single mum of 2 little girls under 6 and running a small business from home can get a bit manic at the best of times! :) So you can imagine what it’s like when you’re trying to get two little ones to bed who don’t want to sleep and you have 20+ orders to pack before the morning! :) So please bear with me as there may be slightly longer wait times to pack and send your order.
That being so, you would be well advised If you need your item urgently, to purchase the express post option during a sale to ensure your order is dispatched with priority.
It is also great if you can pop a note in the note to seller section if you need by a certain date and I will do my best to accommodate this request for you.
Discount codes cannot be used during sales sorry.
